Justin M. Cordello
Since joining Thomas & Solomon LLP in 2006 Justin has been engaged in the practice of complex litigation on behalf of employees in their claims for unpaid wages. He graduated from New York Law School in 2002 after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Psychology at Ithaca college in 1998. While at New York Law, he interned with Honorable Barry A. Cozier at the New York State Appellate Division Second Department.
After graduating from law school, Justin was initially employed by a labor law firm in New York City representing a unionized workforce in all aspects of collective bargaining including: arbitrations, negotiations and benefit fund administration. After working at that firm for several years he decided to relocate back to his hometown of Rochester, New York and specialize his practice on employment litigation.
